Digital service — no physical shipping

1chime, operated by Uniksquare, is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered entirely over the internet. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery timelines apply.

How access is delivered

  • Account access is provisioned electronically. When you sign up or start a plan, your workspace is activated immediately and is accessible at your account URL.
  • Paid features and metered credits (e.g. wallet top-ups) are enabled on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
  • A confirmation is sent to your registered email for sign-ups, subscription changes, and successful payments.

If activation is delayed

Activation is normally instant. In the rare case a payment succeeds but your account or credits are not enabled, contact support with the payment reference and we will resolve it promptly — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing remedies.
